Fasti, Tristia, and Metamorphoses
Oh, and thank you for this wonderful post!!!!
Do you know of any readable English translations of the Fasti online? The Loews is well-nigh incomprehensible to the contemporary youth.
Hi! A good free translation of the Fasti is available at Poetry in Translation (linked above, or available at the following web address: https://www.poetryintranslation.com/PITBR/Latin/Fastihome.php). I also like the Oxford World's Classics translation by Anne and Peter Wiseman (https://global.oup.com/academic/product/fasti-9780192824110?q=fasti&lang=en&cc=us).
That is super helpful, thank you so much!
You're welcome! I have also translated Fasti Liber IV, which is available here on Ovid Daily. Liber IV translation masterpost link: https://oviddaily.substack.com/p/ms-translation-masterpost-fasti-liber
